39 MIN YIN YOGA - HIPS
A deep Yin yoga session where focus lies on releasing tension in different parts of the hips. Make sure to listen to your body, if you feel any sharp pain at all come out of the pose. Take the support you need to be able to relax in the pose. Try to let go of activating the muscles and relax into the shapes.

A short and sweet hip opening flow.
A couple of rounds of sun salutations followed by an open hip sequence ending up in half moon pose.

Get ready to fire up the whole back side of your body, glutes, upper and lower back and legs! Get into familiar shapes but with a different approach of finding active range of motion.

20 MIN CONTINUOUS FLOW
A full body flow where you hardly ever stop. Move through spinal waves, hip circles and get energy flowing in all the nooks and crannies of the body. Finish off with a one-armed variation of camel pose.
No props needed.
20 MIN AFTER WORK LEGS, BACK & SHOULDER RESET
This class is a sweet treat to your body after a long day at work in front of a computer. The sequence takes you through some of the most powerful restorative postures to give ease to the legs, stretch out the chest and shoulders and releases tension in the lower back, which usually gets tender when we sit for many hours.
You’ll need empty wall space (about 1m wide) and one block.
40 MIN FIERY FLOW
A strong flow where you’ll get several opportunities to play with inversions and arm-balances along the way.
HALF MOON FLOW 40 MIN
A steady Vinyasa Flow class with focus on balance, stability in the core and openness in the front body. The sequence builds up towards Half Moon Pose with a bind, Ardha Chandra Chapasana.
A block can be handy for the peak pose but not necessary.
27 MIN CORE FLOW
Get ready to fire up all sides of your torso - your core muscles. Sides, front and back.
You’ll need one block for this practice.
25 MIN STRONG FULL BODY FLOW
A short but complete Vinyasa practice where you start in down dog and get right into it!
FUNKY SUNDAY FLOW CLASS 18 SEP
A 60 min playful vinyasa class where you get to explore and practice different arm balances and transitions to and from them. Some of the things we'll play with are Crow Pose, variations of it, flow form Crow Pose into Chaturanga, Eight Angle Pose and from there transition into Koundinyasana A.
As always it's not about reaching the pose itself but to explore and have fun with our bodies!

A strong Vinyasa class where you’ll be invited to move slowly and with precision. You’ll have the opportunity to go into deeper expressions of reversed side angle pose, triangle and side angle pose.
67 MIN. HALF MANDALA FLOW
A strong intermediate to advanced Vinyasa with a lot of options and challenges along the way.
Take block as it comes handy in many places.
30 MIN BUENOS DIAS FLOW
This class begins right in down dog, takes you through core work and a few rounds of sun salutations to warm up the body. Move through standing sequences with twists, balancing postures, backbends and everything you need to give your whole body a sweet wake up!
60 MIN HAPPY HIPS FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class where you get to move through a progressive flow with poses like wild thing, triangle pose, side angle and lizard pose.
25 MIN ARMBALANCES & INVERSIONS FLOW
A strong practice for you who like to challenge yourself! There will be options to go into Bakasana, Koundinyasana and Handstand to play.
45 MIN FULL BODY FLOW
A complete open-level Vinyasa practice where you get to work your whole body!
50 MIN TWIST & FLY FLOW
A 50 min fiery Vinyasa Flow with lots of twists and options to fly up into different arm balances.
23 MIN NECK & SHOULDERS SEQUENCE
A nice and gentle treat to your neck & shoulders where you get to stretch in all directions.
50 MIN TWIST & BALANCE FLOW
An open-level, steady Vinyasa Flow class sequenced to take you into deeper and deeper twists as well as giving you the chance to work on your balance in Revolved Hand to Toe pose. A block will come very handy.
