Recorded on our brand new yoga deck here’s a class to take (maybe) outside with you this summer! Flow through sun salutations, work on your balance and focus and finish off with a gold ol- bridge pose in the end.

30 MIN HIP HALF MANDALA FLOW
From right to left we move, breathe and flow in different directions around the mat! Try to not get to much in your head and enjoy the ride!
The class comes with bird song and a cuddly cat.

35 MIN FULL BODY RINSE FLOW
A continuous flow, perfect to do if you feel energy stuck in your body and want to move through it all. Finish off with a heart-opening camel pose and some clearing twists on the back.

38 MIN BALANCE FLOW
In this class the focus lies on building strength and flexibilities in the legs.
Move through a progressive flow that will challenge your balance and leg strength. The class builds up to a standing balancing twist and half moon.
A block might be handy.
32 MIN HIPS & HAMMIES RESET FLOW
A short flow perfect to take when you maybe haven’t practised in a while and your legs feel a bit stiff and/or tired.
No props needed, just your breath and presence!
37 MIN UPPER BODY RELEASE FLOW
After a long day of sitting at work, where the neck, shoulders and back usually feel quite stiff - here’s a class for you!

30 MIN OPEN LEVEL ARM BALANCES FLOW
A 30 minutes open level flow where you decide for yourself if you practice handstand, crow pose or a simple forward fold (uttanasana) Meaning you can perfectly do this practice even if you don’t want to practice arm balances.
This practice ends in an sited wide legged forward fold (upavistha konasana)
18 MIN MINI CORE FLOW
If you short on time this is the perfect class if you want to connect to and strengthen the front and sides of the core.
Wind down with supported bridge pose to balance things out.

25 MIN SHORT & SWEET
A short and sweet hip opening flow.
A couple of rounds of sun salutations followed by an open hip sequence ending up in half moon pose.
20 MIN CONTINUOUS FLOW
A full body flow where you hardly ever stop. Move through spinal waves, hip circles and get energy flowing in all the nooks and crannies of the body. Finish off with a one-armed variation of camel pose.

HALF MOON FLOW 40 MIN
A steady Vinyasa Flow class with focus on balance, stability in the core and openness in the front body. The sequence builds up towards Half Moon Pose with a bind, Ardha Chandra Chapasana.
A block can be handy for the peak pose but not necessary.
30 MIN BUENOS DIAS FLOW
This class begins right in down dog, takes you through core work and a few rounds of sun salutations to warm up the body. Move through standing sequences with twists, balancing postures, backbends and everything you need to give your whole body a sweet wake up!
45 MIN FULL BODY FLOW
A complete open-level Vinyasa practice where you get to work your whole body!
50 MIN TWIST & BALANCE FLOW
An open-level, steady Vinyasa Flow class sequenced to take you into deeper and deeper twists as well as giving you the chance to work on your balance in Revolved Hand to Toe pose. A block will come very handy.
36 MIN SPICY CORE FLOW
An open level Vinyasa class focusing on strengthening the core and upper body. Begin with plank and side plank variations, move through a couple of sun salutations and continue to move through core exercises like full and half boat pose.
20 MIN PICK ME UP FLOW
This mini flow is perfect for when you don't have much time and want to move through your whole body. Get ready for a couple of rounds of Sun Salutations and sequences passing through poses like wild thing, half moon and bow pose.
55 MIN ENERGISING FLOW
A strong and steady Vinyasa Flow class, suitable at anytime of the day. This class is great if you feel low on energy and want to release tension in all areas of your body and feel like you need a proper reset.
26 MIN SHORT & SWEET MORNING FLOW
Say a sweet good morning to your entire body! Move into a few rounds of classic Sun Salutations, followed by standing hip openers, balancing postures like half-moon pose, backbends and spinal twists.
36 MIN HIPS & HAMSTRINGS FLOW
A strong and steady Vinyasa class starting off with hamstring stretches lying on the back. Move through sun salutations and sequences to open the hips, passing by poses like wild thing, triangle and humble warrior.
33 MIN BETTER THAN ESPRESSO FLOW
A full-body open-level Vinyasa flow to wake up your whole body. The class starts with a seated warm up so make sure you have a block to sit comfortably.
