50 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING & RETREAT

6-12 APRIL 2025 | SABINA, ITALY

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED ASANA - SEQUENCING - HANDS-ON ADJUSTMENTS

LAST SPOTS

Imagine taking off your teacher’s hat, receiving the gift of being guided, and remember the magic of yoga and why you fell in love with it in the first place.

All this, while also growing your skills as a teacher!

This 7-day immersion’s all about the practice - a deep dive into asana, meditation, and pranayama as well as plenty of workshops focused on hands-on adjustments and sequencing. It’s designed for yoga teachers longing to reconnect, deepen their practice, and reignite their love for teaching.

Set at the stunning Olea, a stunning farmhouse an hour north of Rome, this training will leave you feeling stronger, recharged, and filled with fresh ideas to elevate both your practice and your teaching.

This immersion can be registered as 50 hours of Continuing Education with Yoga Alliance (YACEP).

“The immersion was the perfect refresh to take time outside of my regular teaching/business and come home to my own practice. The two hour morning practices were expertly guided, sustainably paced, and left space to tune in with yourself. It was also wonderful to be in the company of other teachers and dedicated practitioners to connect and reflect together. Returning home, I feel re-energized stepping back into my own teaching and practice”.

- EVA HAMILTON, CANADA YOGA TEACHER & EDUCATOR (PORTUGAL TEACHERS IMMERSION MAY 2024)

Who’s this teacher training for?

This immersion is for YOU WHO:

  • Love a strong asana practice but find it hard to challenge yourself enough on your own.

  • Crave new inspiration and ideas for your flow classes.

  • Long to be guided and held to feel the magic of the practice in your own body again.

  • Long to deepen your practice and learn more techniques for intermediate/advanced postures - in a playful way!

  • Will jump out of bed early, eager to get on your mat alongside other dedicated yogis and teachers.

  • Love the idea of a 2-hour Vinyasa & Power Yoga morning practice, with time to flow deeply, meditate, practice pranayama, and savour a long Savasana.

  • Want to learn more about hands-on adjustments and how to apply them safely and confidently in class.

  • Love the idea of spending a week in a supportive community - a yoga teacher bubble, making new friends from all over the world.

  • Love the idea of disconnecting from daily life and must-do’s, get perspective on life, reflect over your present and future role as a yoga teacher.

Whether you’re teaching regularly, have an established yoga business, just completed a training or simply long to fill up your cup — this training is for you!

The Program

This training starts with a welcome gathering, a grounding practice and dinner on the afternoon of your arrival. Check-in is available from 3 pm.

For the rest of the week each day begins at 7.30am with a two-hour morning practice blending Vinyasa, Power Yoga, pranayama, somatic movement, meditation, journaling and a proper long Savasana. We offer plenty of options in our classes, ensuring everyone feels supported and challenged at their level.

At 11am, after breakfast, we’ll come together for teacher workshops that cover hands-on adjustments, creative sequencing, and theming. Expect a blend of inspiring lectures, interactive workshops, and plenty of space for meaningful discussions. You’ll also have time for self-study and reflection.

At 2pm a hearty afternoon snack will be served, followed by free time until 4pm.

In the afternoons we dive into intermediate and advanced asana workshops, giving you the opportunity to refine techniques, explore transitions, and fine-tune your skills using props and partner work.

The day concludes with a grounding practice that blends Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Myo-facial release. This introspective session helps you integrate the day’s work and wind down.

Dinner is served at 7.30pm.

This training is taught by Lisa Andersson Rhodiner and Nazareno Grisolia, co-founders of Inspiro Yoga.

Our Venue

OLEA - a sanctuary in the HEART OF ITALY

Our location for this teacher training is a beautiful venue called Olea, located in the village Torre in Sabina, one hour north of Rome. The venue is surrounded by three hectares of olive groves and woodlands, making it an ideal and inspiring setting for a training in this immersive format.

One of the highlights of Olea is the incredible 150-square-meter outdoor yoga deck, with it’s breath-taking panoramic views of the valley below. For cooler moments of the day, there’s also a fully equipped indoor yoga shala.

The property features a swimming pool, a natural spring with a pond, and plenty of walking trails to explore the expansive grounds.

Accommodation’s spread across two restored stone farmhouses, offering both twin and triple rooms. Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, while others share with neighbouring rooms.

HOW TO GET THERE

The closest airport is Fumicino airport. From there the easiest way to get to Olea is that you share a taxi with others. We’ll connect you to others as we get closer to the date. Another option is to get a rental car, either on your own or sharing the cost and ride with others.

“I have known Lisa and Naza since 2015, where I for the first time joined their retreat in Bali. I was windblown and fell in love with their way of being and teaching. Since then I‘ve joined their retreats regularly all around the world, and their retreats are by far the best I’ve ever been to”

- Katrine Whittlestone, Denmark
