Who We Are
OUR STORY
First of all, nice to meet you! We’re Lisa from Sweden and Nazareno from Uruguay, the founders of Inspiro Yoga.
We’re Vinyasa enthusiasts and full-time yoga teachers, traveling the world and sharing our practice since 2012.
We’ve also been a couple since 2003.
We’re unshakable optimists, food lovers, always eager to explore new places - simply in love with life and all its beauty!
HOW IT ALL STARTED.
In 2012, after nearly a decade of traveling the world together, our shared interest in yoga and living a healthy lifestyle had grown stronger.
We both felt an itch for something more.
So, we decided to quit our full-time jobs in Copenhagen.
Needless to say, we didn’t have a plan. All we knew was that we wanted a change in life.
Soon after, we left for Bali - the Island Of The Gods, and the so called mecca of Yoga - Ubud.
For the next three years, we lived and breathed yoga on the island. We taught full-time at one of the best known studios on the island, immersed ourselves in trainings, and mentored on other teachers' retreats and trainings.
Slowly, an idea began to grow.
As we reflected on everything we had learned about yoga, living a healthy lifestyle, and how much we’d enjoyed being part of a like-minded community, we thought…
What if we started a business that combined all these things we love?
Empowering, creative Vinyasa yoga, wholesome food, and inspiring places surrounded by nature.
Bringing people from all over the world together as a community.
That’s how Inspiro Yoga was born
Since then, we’ve taught over 85+ retreats in different countries, studio classes, workshops, teacher trainings and even set up our own Inspiro Yoga Online Studio.
We’d love to meet you and share the magic of yoga somewhere in the world!
More About Us
Lisa Andersson Rhodiner
“WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT VINYASA IS THE ENDLESS CREATIVITY AND FREEDOM IT GIVES ME, BOTH AS A PRACTITIONER AND TEACHER.”
Being a lover of all things creative, dance and music, it’s no wonder I fell in love with Vinyasa, and pretty much all things related to yoga.
In 2011 as I stepped into a “real” yoga studio, after only practicing in gyms - something inside me changed.
All I could think of was yoga and that I really wanted to learn more about it and how to teach it. I was eager to know what this practice, that was transforming me on such a deep level, was all about.
Not long thereafter I left my full-time job.
With a growing curiosity for yoga, along with an interest in learning more about healthy food I could only think of one destination to go - Bali.
Although the road to become a teacher, to teach full time and to be able to make a living off it hasn’t always been easy, I’ve never regretted that I followed my intuition, drive and heart to go for what I’d say is my calling.
Since 2012 and my first yoga teacher training I’ve completed more than 1000 hours of trainings and I’ve taught more than 5000 hours of classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings around the world. And STILL I keep learning each time I have a new group of students in front of me or I dive into deeper studies.
That’s the beauty of yoga - it’s a wonderful yet mystical ocean, that once you dip your toes into - you just want more.
In my classes you can expect creative fluid sequences, thoughtful transitions, inspiring playlists, a lot of hip openers (yep, I’m known for them!) and intentional hands-on adjustments.
Apart from curating and leading global retreats I’ve also co-founded and been a lead trainer at True North Vinyasa teacher trainings, work as a mentor and business coach for yoga teachers, retreat venues and studio owners.

“MY CURIOSITY HAS BROUGHT ME TO PLACES, TO EXPERIENCES AND PEOPLE WHICH ALTOGETHER HAVE SHAPED THE WAY I LIVE MY LIFE TODAY.”
Born and raised in Uruguay I’m an enthusiastic lover of movement, play and nature.
Since I was 19 I’ve been exploring the world, living and learning in more places that I can remember.
My life has been, and still is today - a big adventure.
As I traveled Asia in 2004 I discovered the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa, a physically demanding yoga style that requires strong discipline, dedication and body awareness.
I got completely hooked.
A couple of years later I got introduced to Vinyasa Flow and not long thereafter I took my yoga first teacher training in India.
Since 2011 I’ve been dedicating my life to yoga, both as a teacher and student.
In my classes you can expect a fun and playful environment where you’ll be guided through powerful sequences, spicy core work and very likely an arm balance or two!
I’ll challenge you to go beyond your comfort zone in a light-hearted way. For me the most important thing is that you really listen to your body.
Apart from yoga I’m a passionate surfer and I take every chance I get to grab my board and jump into the ocean. Whether in the tropics, Portugal or in the freezing water in Sweden.
