27 MINUTES ARM BALANCE LOVERS FLOW
A strong intermediate and probably quite challenging flow where you get to play with a lot of different arm balances and inversions like crow pose, koundinyasana and tripod headstand.
FUNKY SUNDAY FLOW CLASS 18 SEP
A 60 min playful vinyasa class where you get to explore and practice different arm balances and transitions to and from them. Some of the things we'll play with are Crow Pose, variations of it, flow form Crow Pose into Chaturanga, Eight Angle Pose and from there transition into Koundinyasana A.
As always it's not about reaching the pose itself but to explore and have fun with our bodies!

50 MIN TWIST & FLY FLOW
A 50 min fiery Vinyasa Flow with lots of twists and options to fly up into different arm balances.
38 MIN TAKE FLIGHT FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class where you’ll have the chance to play with arm balances like Koundinyasana and Eight Angle Pose/Ashtavakrasana. 2 blocks will come handy!
43 MIN PINCHA PLAY FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Class where you have the chance to try out some different forearm balances. If you don't want to go upside down you can always go into down dog or child pose instead. If you have some space next to a wall it would be great for this practice!
