An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class where you’ll have the chance to play with arm balances like Koundinyasana and Eight Angle Pose/Ashtavakrasana. 2 blocks will come handy!
36 MIN SPICY CORE FLOW
An open level Vinyasa class focusing on strengthening the core and upper body. Begin with plank and side plank variations, move through a couple of sun salutations and continue to move through core exercises like full and half boat pose.
20 MIN PICK ME UP FLOW
This mini flow is perfect for when you don't have much time and want to move through your whole body. Get ready for a couple of rounds of Sun Salutations and sequences passing through poses like wild thing, half moon and bow pose.
36 MIN VASHISTASANA FLOW
A strong intermediate Vinyasa yoga practice where you get to work on balance, core, hip openers and lengthening the hamstrings. You’ll have the chance to go into full Vashistasana (side plank where you hold the toe).
55 MIN ENERGISING FLOW
A strong and steady Vinyasa Flow class, suitable at anytime of the day. This class is great if you feel low on energy and want to release tension in all areas of your body and feel like you need a proper reset.
30MIN TWISTS & BINDS FLOW
A full body vinyasa flow class with options to go into a couple of binds and maybe fly into Koundinyasana. A block is great to have for this practice!
26 MIN SHORT & SWEET MORNING FLOW
Say a sweet good morning to your entire body! Move into a few rounds of classic Sun Salutations, followed by standing hip openers, balancing postures like half-moon pose, backbends and spinal twists.
36 MIN HIPS & HAMSTRINGS FLOW
A strong and steady Vinyasa class starting off with hamstring stretches lying on the back. Move through sun salutations and sequences to open the hips, passing by poses like wild thing, triangle and humble warrior.
33 MIN BETTER THAN ESPRESSO FLOW
A full-body open-level Vinyasa flow to wake up your whole body. The class starts with a seated warm up so make sure you have a block to sit comfortably.
60 MIN SLOW HIPS & HAMSTRING FLOW
A slow and strong Vinyasa class with focus on finding fluidity in the spine and being mindful in the transitions.
20 MIN POWER FLOW
A short and strong Vinyasa Flow class working through the whole body. Move through variations of Sun Salutation A and B, balancing poses, twists and juicy core work!
43 MIN PINCHA PLAY FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Class where you have the chance to try out some different forearm balances. If you don't want to go upside down you can always go into down dog or child pose instead. If you have some space next to a wall it would be great for this practice!
50 MIN HANUMANASANA FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class building up towards the full splits - Hanumanasana. The class begins with a gentle warm up, sun salutations, kapalabhati pranayama and continues on with a sequence preparing you for the splits. At the end of the class you’ll have the opportunity to practice Headstand and Shoulderstand.
