A nice and gentle treat to your neck & shoulders where you get to stretch in all directions.
50 MIN TWIST & BALANCE FLOW
An open-level, steady Vinyasa Flow class sequenced to take you into deeper and deeper twists as well as giving you the chance to work on your balance in Revolved Hand to Toe pose. A block will come very handy.
38 MIN TAKE FLIGHT FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class where you’ll have the chance to play with arm balances like Koundinyasana and Eight Angle Pose/Ashtavakrasana. 2 blocks will come handy!
36 MIN SPICY CORE FLOW
An open level Vinyasa class focusing on strengthening the core and upper body. Begin with plank and side plank variations, move through a couple of sun salutations and continue to move through core exercises like full and half boat pose.
30MIN TWISTS & BINDS FLOW
A full body vinyasa flow class with options to go into a couple of binds and maybe fly into Koundinyasana. A block is great to have for this practice!
26 MIN SHORT & SWEET MORNING FLOW
Say a sweet good morning to your entire body! Move into a few rounds of classic Sun Salutations, followed by standing hip openers, balancing postures like half-moon pose, backbends and spinal twists.
20 MIN POWER FLOW
A short and strong Vinyasa Flow class working through the whole body. Move through variations of Sun Salutation A and B, balancing poses, twists and juicy core work!
43 MIN PINCHA PLAY FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Class where you have the chance to try out some different forearm balances. If you don't want to go upside down you can always go into down dog or child pose instead. If you have some space next to a wall it would be great for this practice!
50 MIN HANUMANASANA FLOW
An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class building up towards the full splits - Hanumanasana. The class begins with a gentle warm up, sun salutations, kapalabhati pranayama and continues on with a sequence preparing you for the splits. At the end of the class you’ll have the opportunity to practice Headstand and Shoulderstand.
