FUNKY SUNDAY FLOW CLASS 18 SEP
A 60 min playful vinyasa class where you get to explore and practice different arm balances and transitions to and from them. Some of the things we'll play with are Crow Pose, variations of it, flow form Crow Pose into Chaturanga, Eight Angle Pose and from there transition into Koundinyasana A.
As always it's not about reaching the pose itself but to explore and have fun with our bodies!

A strong Vinyasa class where you’ll be invited to move slowly and with precision. You’ll have the opportunity to go into deeper expressions of reversed side angle pose, triangle and side angle pose.

An intermediate Vinyasa Flow class where you get to move through a progressive flow with poses like wild thing, triangle pose, side angle and lizard pose.
60 MIN SLOW HIPS & HAMSTRING FLOW
A slow and strong Vinyasa class with focus on finding fluidity in the spine and being mindful in the transitions.
