SUMMER SOLSTICE DAY RETREAT

On the brightest day of the year and International Day of Yoga on the 21st of June you’re invited to join us for a day retreat at the beautiful The Stable in Arild, southwest of Sweden.

During this week we’re running our 6 day long Summer & Sadhana Retreat and you’re now invited to join us for a day - on the actual Midsummer Eve!

We’ll kick off the morning with a 2 hour Vinyasa class where you’ll get a chance to reflect and journal. This is followed by a brunch buffet and free time to go for a swim, hang out at the farm or a walk in the nearby nature reserve Kullaberg.

A light snack will be served in the afternoon and we’ll back at the yoga shala at 5pm for a surprise workshop!

Dinner and celebration starts at 7pm.
