Through circular, multidimensional movements, you'll flow 360 degrees around the mat, challenging your balance, stability, and coordination. The practice seamlessly connects one pose to the next, creating a rhythm that is both energizing and grounding.

This open-level class offers a variety of options, making it accessible to all practitioners.

You'll have the opportunity to explore arm balances and inversions, with modifications available to suit different levels.
