It’s so easy that we forget to look back and appreciate what actually happened the last 6 months.

6 JOURNALING PROMPTS

  • What were 3-5 highlights/most beautiful moments during the last 6 months?

  • What was something challenging? What did you learn from it / overcome it?

  • Did you set an intention for this year around New Year and if so have you kept at it? If not in what way can you bring it back for the remaining 6 months?

  • What’s something you want to invite into the coming half year?

  • How will you take care of yourself?

  • If you were to just choose one word for the next 6 months what would that be?
