Kick off the new year with a feel-good open-level Vinyasa class with Lisa!

The class will have a focus on strengthening the back of the body, opening the shoulders and you’ll eventually have the chance to go into deeper backbends such as camel pose and wheel.

Different variations will be offered so you can adjust it to your body and practice.

This class will be be taught at Yoga By The Sea in Mölle (Sweden) AND live streamed via Zoom.

The price to join in-person at Yoga By the Sea will vary depending on if you have a clip card or take a drop in class. Book your spot directly via the studio by clicking the button below.

To join live online (or receive a replay) the price is 15€.

If you’re a member of INSPIRO YOGA ONLINE STUDIO the class is included in your membership.
