Twice this summer, we're giving you the chance to slow down, disconnect from your must-do's, and reconnect to yourself. Dive into movement, rest, and good food, all while surrounded by abundant nature and amazing people from around the world.

Join us for 6 day soul-pampering retreat experience at a beautiful farmhouse near the ocean in south-west of Sweden (1,5 hr north of Malmö).

The Yoga

Each day we greet the day with a 2 hour morning practice, starting at 8am. You can expect a blend of invigorating open-level Vinyasa and Power Yoga, meditation, pranayama and journaling.

Our yoga retreats are suitable for you who already have experience of a stronger dynamic practice and like to get challenged on your mat. If you haven't practiced with us before - TRY A FREE CLASS to make sure you resonate with us and our way of teaching.

There will be, as always at our retreats, plenty of opportunities to explore and deepen your practice. We make sure to meet everyone where they’re at.

In the afternoon we get together again, either for a deep yin yoga practice or an explorative workshop. If you have a question about our classes drop a question below.

BREATHWORK

During this retreat you’ll have the chance to try out the powerful practice of guided breathwork. The session will be lead by our guest facilitator Anna Ehrenfeldt, who will also be available for private sessions during the day. No previous experience is needed.

The Food

With years of experience catering for retreats and establishing a thriving health café in Bali, alongside a deep passion for serving nourishing, delicious food, we're thrilled to welcome our dear friend and chef, Hanna Färdig, to work her magic at our retreats in Sweden this summer!

Picture abundant, colorful brunches filled with smoothie bowls, chia pudding, fresh juices, and homemade savory treats! Throughout the day, you can look forward to an energy-filled afternoon snack, perfect for grabbing after hiking, napping, or swimming.

In the evenings, we'll gather for dinner at the farmhouse, sometimes around the bonfire and other times picnic-style in the grass.

One evening, we'll venture to Mölle, a nearby seaside village, for dinner at Mölle Krukmakeri, a super cozy pottery/pizzeria serving delicious pizzas! This dinner is at your own expense.

If you're vegan, gluten or lactose intolerant, or have any serious food allergies, please let us know in the booking form, and we'll relay the information to the chef.

The Venue

Our Scandinavian retreat venue The Stable is a beautiful farmhouse located in the southwest of Sweden, in the outskirts of the picturesque seaside village of Arild,1.5 hours north of Malmö.

Lovingly managed by Swedish Jonas and Norwegian Gunn, their care and love for this place are evident from the moment you arrive.

With the ocean a short 10-minute walk away, the nature reserve Kullaberg offering numerous hiking opportunities right at our doorstep and with a breath-taking view overlooking vineyards of the near, this venue ticks so many boxes when it comes to being an inspiring place for a retreat.

The Stable, along with neighbouring Coasters Hideaway & Flower Farm, and even more rooms in another nearby farmhouse, offers endless sleeping options.

You can choose between triple, twin, double, single (limited), and glamping tents. Get in touch and let us know your preference.

HOW TO GET HERE

The easiest way to reach The Stable is by car, either your own vehicle or a rental car that can be picked up at Copenhagen Airport or Malmö Central Station. The drive from Copenhagen takes around 2 hours, and from Malmö, it's about 1.5 hours.

If you're arriving by plane and prefer to use public transport, you can take a train from Copenhagen Airport via Malmö, directly to Helsingborg Central Station. From there, you'll catch a bus to Höganäs, where you'll transfer to another bus that will take you to Arild.

As many guests will be arriving by flight or train, we’ll gladly connect with other retreat attendees who may wish to share a rental car or taxi for the final leg of the journey from Höganäs or Helsingborg.

The Pricing

SHARED LOFT 1499€ (PP)

Stay on a futon mattress or in a single bed in a semi-private loft in The Hay Loft apartment at The Stable. The apartment has a kitchen, lounge area and bathroom which you’ll share with 3-4 other people staying in the same apartment. Limited availability.

SHARED ROOM 1799€ (PP)

Stay in single bed in a twin or triple room you’ll share with 1-2 people, either at The Stable or in a spacious fully equipped nearby farmhouse apartment. Bathroom is shared.

SINGLE ROOM 1899€ (PP)

Stay in a room with a single bed (1,20m) in The Hay Loft apartment at The Stable. The apartment has a kitchen, lounge area and bathroom which you’ll share with 3-4 other people staying in the same apartment. Limited availability.

COASTERS GLAMPING TENT 1799€ (PP)

Stay in a spacious bell tent with private terrace overlooking the vineyards at neighbouring Coasters Hideaway & Flower Farm. The tent can be booked as a twin, with 2 separate beds or as a double. Limited availability.

    If you’re someone who likes a dynamic practice, with a bit of challenges then you’ll probably like it. If you’re more into a more gentle yoga, probably not.

  • Absolutely! The majority of our guests travel alone and you’ll see that you’ll make a lot of new friends!

  • RECOMMENDED PACKING LIST

    • Your own yoga mat or travel yoga mat (you’ll sweat a lot so it’s something we recommend BUT there are mats available onsite if you need to borrow one or prefer to travel light)

    • Refillable water bottle

    • Sneakers

    • Flip flops/sandals

    • Sunglasses

    • Swimwear

    • Mosquito repellent

    • Yoga clothes

    • Warm clothes for the evenings

    • Sarong

    • Earplugs (if you’re a light sleeper and are in a shared room)

  • No you don't need to bring any of those as the venue will provide that.

  • Catalonia’s climate is primarily a Mediterranean climate, with mild temperatures and little rain. With usually warm summers and moderately cold winters. In the winter it is very likely that you can still spend a good part of your days outside. In the microclimate of the valley where the house is situated, there’s normally an average of more than 300 sunny days and around 500 mm rain annually.
