4 VEGAN BLISS BALL RECIPES TO BOOST YOUR DAY

Here are our favourite bliss ball/fudge recipes that we served at our latest Summer & Sadhana Immersion in Sweden. They're all very simple to make and super yummy!

WHAT YOU NEED

Food Processor

Tupper ware / plastic containers that can be put in the freezer

HOW TO

  1. Place the dry ingredients in the food processor. Mix them.

  2. Add the moisty ingredients (dates and coconut oil).

  3. Once you have a sticky “dough” make balls, add a topping to them and freeze them.


    TIP! If you are short on time put the whole dough into the container, press it down well and make it flat on top. Once the dough is frozen take it out, turn it upside down on a cutting board and chop into pieces!
