Silky Smooth Raw Vegan Protein Smoothie
Here’s a simple and healthy smoothie recipe to enjoy any time of the day. This smoothie is packed with goodness and is very filling! It can easily replace a full meal. It’s got lots of good fats (avocado, walnuts and coconut oil), protein (hemp powder and almond butter) and packed with antioxidants (raw cacao).
I give you rough measurements here, but hey it can’t really go wrong and don’t be shy to try out your smoothie as you make it and taste if you want to add more/less of some ingredients.
- 2 Bananas (Frozen ones are extra nice to add in summer!)
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Tbs Hemp Powder
- 1 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 Tbs Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Cups of Walnut milk (can be replaced with any nut or seed milk, if you’re in Sweden OATLY oat milk is awesome!)
- A drizzle of Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbs Almond Butter (Tahini or any other nut butter works great too!)
