CANGGU & ACCOMODATION
Canggu is a Balinese village, (the continuation of the more busy and commercial Seminyak area) located just an hours drive north of the international airport Ngurah Rai. The village is known for it’s world famous surf spots Echo Beach and Batu Bulong, its many hip cafes, restaurants and shops with a chilled and relaxed atmosphere.
Within a small area and pretty much only two roads running parallel down to the beach, you’ll find local “warungs” (small restaurants), loads of health cafés and restaurants with food from all over the world.
Our retreat is held at a two beautiful villas, about 10 minutes walk from Echo Beach. The villas has got rooms with double and twin beds (two separate beds) and can be booked for shared or single occupancy. All rooms have their own private bathrooms, wifi, air condition. There’s a big lounge area, a kitchen, swimming pool and a luscious green garden.

Our morning yoga practice (2 hrs) is a blend of dynamic and playful Vinyasa Flow and traditional Hatha Yoga, including meditation and pranayama. In the afternoons, , when we’re not on an excursion, we either dive deep into a workshop or tune inwards through calm yin and restorative yoga, giving our bodies a chance to soften and relax.
All classes are suitable for all levels – as long as you are willing to try out new things and sometimes get challenged. If you have any questions about the yoga, whether it’s suitable for you (maybe you have an injury or some other health issue that make you doubt? ) just send us an email.
